the Friends of Allestree Park

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Friends of Allestree Park will be held on Wednesday 22^nd October 2014 at Derby University.  The meeting will commence at 7.00pm. (Please note: the meeting room will be signposted from the main foyer in the University)

There are vacancies on the committee.  Anyone wishing to stand for election to the committee should submit their nominations in writing to the  Secretary (Edwin Slade) a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the AGM; via post to 10 Derwent Close, Allestree, Derby DE22 2UY, or e-mail to edwinslade@btinternet.com

Everyone is welcome to attend, but note that only FOAP members are eligible to stand for election or vote at the AGM.

The AGM will be followed by a talk by Dr Alan Wilmot on 'The Flora of Derbyshire'.
