St Nicholas Church has lots going on
Today I was handed a leaflet about the Church Women's Fellowship:

They meet on the first Wednesday of the month in the room at the back of the church, from 2.15pm to 3.30pm.  At present, all members are in the over 60 age group but they welcome interested ladies of all ages.

At the meetings, they have an opening hymn and prayer, an invited speaker, a cup of tea and time to chat.

Coming up this year are:

  • 3 September: Neil Crofts from Hackwood Farm will talk about how he and his wife converted a rundown farm at Radbourne into the thriving cafe and farm shop that you may well have visited.
  • 1 October: Graham and Judy White will talk about how they developed a beautiful NGS garden from scratch.
  • 5 November: Bob Illingworth will share his passion for trains and talk about the Royal trains.

There is a charge of £2 for visitors and all are welcome.
