Trentham Monkey Forest

Today I went with the relatives (to see other relatives) - Barbary macaques monkeys.
About 140 of these delightful creatures live in over 60 acres, about an hour away, on the other side of Stoke on Trent.
These monkeys originate in the mountains of Morocco and Algeria, so are quite at home here in the midlands, with our hot (!) summers and cold winters.
We saw lots of them, including several babies of between two and a half and six months, being fed and learned all about their way of life.
